Florida Elevator Inspections & Witnessing
QEI-certified inspection and third-party test witnessing for building owners and property managers across Florida. State-licensed CEI coverage statewide, from Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach to Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville, backed by specifications and consulting when you need them.
About Us
Integrity was built on careers spent inside the elevator industry: field operations, technical troubleshooting, modernization management, service operations, and national account management. We know how equipment is installed, maintained, and tested, because we have done the work ourselves.
We put that knowledge to work for one side only: yours. Witnessing every required test, verifying every result, and delivering documentation you can rely on.

Our Services
Three services with one focus: independent verification that your equipment is safe, compliant, and tested the way the code requires.
Photo: testing / inspectionOur core service. Third-party witnessing of Category 1 and Category 5 testing, annual inspections, and acceptance tests, performed for the building and not the contractor. State-licensed CEI coverage across all of Florida, from Miami-Dade and Broward to Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.

Photo: specifications / drawingsProfessionally written specifications for maintenance contracts, modernization projects, and new construction. A clear specification forces contractors to bid identical scope, eliminates change-order loopholes, and gives you an enforceable standard for the life of the agreement.

A straightforward engagement model, whether you have one elevator or one hundred.
Tell us where the building is and what is due: periodic inspection, category test, or acceptance. We confirm the requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction and coordinate with your elevator contractor.
We are on site for the test, representing the building. Every required procedure is verified as actually performed and actually passed.
You receive clear documentation, deficiency findings written for owners, and results reported to the AHJ as required, with straight answers on what needs correction and by when.
Why Integrity
An inspection exists to verify that required work was actually done and the equipment is actually safe. When the person witnessing the test answers to the contractor being tested, that verification means very little. Integrity answers to the building.
More than two decades across field operations, technical troubleshooting, modernization, service management, and national accounts. We have performed the work we now inspect.
Privately owned and answerable only to our clients. No private equity, no parent company, and no roll-up strategy buying every firm in sight.
State-licensed CEI inspections and third-party test witnessing throughout Florida, from the Panhandle to the Keys. One firm, one standard, everywhere in the state.
FAQs
Quick answers to the questions owners and managers ask us most.
All of Florida. We are state-licensed as a Certified Elevator Inspector operating statewide: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and everywhere in between, from the Panhandle to the Keys.
QEI is the national certification for elevator inspectors under the ASME QEI-1 standard, and it is the foundation of everything we do. Florida then licenses Certified Elevator Inspectors (CEI) through the state's Bureau of Elevator Safety to perform inspections under Chapter 399, Florida Statutes. We hold both, so your buildings get a nationally certified inspector who is licensed for every jurisdiction in the state.
Category 1 annual no-load tests, Category 5 full-load tests, the annual inspections behind your certificate of operation, and acceptance tests on new and modernized equipment, plus any test where the building wants third-party eyes verifying the result.
Yes. Inspections and witnessing are our main focus, and we support them with professionally written specifications and straightforward consulting for owners, boards, and property managers.
Most clients start with a single inspection or witnessed test, then move to a recurring schedule so no deadline slips and nothing is missed.
